School-Aged Families: If your child will need busing through Lake Local Schools (LSD), this step is especially important. The district is asking for accurate numbers ASAP.

After paying your enrollment fee:
1. Fill out LSD’s required busing form
2. Email a copy to us at District@preciouscargochildcare.org
We must have your form in hand to submit to LSD to ensure transportation is in place.

If you’re not ready to commit just yet, that’s totally okay! Your child will remain on our inquired list and will be moved to enrolled status once the fee is paid — as long as space is available.
