We are so excited to begin officially connecting with the many families who have inquired about childcare at Precious Cargo. As we prepare for our grand opening this fall — currently scheduled for Fall 2025 — we’re entering a critical planning stage: staffing our center!

To do that effectively, we need a more accurate headcount of how many children will be enrolled.

By submitting a $75 enrollment fee per child, your child will be moved from our inquiry list to our enrolled list — which guarantees a spot for them on opening day.

Once paid, your family will receive ongoing enrollment updates, next steps, and a priority spot for our upcoming Open House in late August.

School-Aged Families: If your child will need busing through Lake Local Schools (LSD), this step is especially important. The district is asking for accurate numbers ASAP.

After paying your enrollment fee:
1. Fill out LSD’s required busing form
2. Email a copy to us at District@preciouscargochildcare.org
We must have your form in hand to submit to LSD to ensure transportation is in place.

If you’re not ready to commit just yet, that’s totally okay! Your child will remain on our inquired list and will be moved to enrolled status once the fee is paid — as long as space is available.
