Arrowhead Orchard

From September 6 - October 18, families can enjoy all sorts of fall fun at Arrowhead Orchard! Pick your own apples, pumpkins, and sunflowers, navigate the 2-acre corn maze, and enjoy unlimited hay rides. There are also new food vendors for 2024, an obstacle course, and gated play area with a bounce mat for the young ones. 

Admission is $16 per person, and FREE for children 2 and under. 

Hours: The activities are open Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 9am to  6pm, and Sundays 12pm to 6pm.

Fall Fun at Maize Valley

There’s all kinds of family fun at this beautiful winery in Hartville! Attractions include an 8-acre corn maze, wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, straw bale mountain, animal train ride for the kids, pumpkin cannon demonstrations, goat-a-palooza animal area and more! The events run through November 2. In October, the activities are open Thursdays-Mondays 12pm-7pm. The final two days of Fall Fun are November 1 & 2.

Admission: $15/person age 3 and up, children 2 and under are FREE. Seniors 65+ are $10. Thursdays are "Thrifty Thursdays" and admission is $13.

Trunk or Treat at Alliance Meijer

Stop by the Meijer in Alliance on Friday, October 25 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for a Trunk or Treat event! A reusable Meijer bag will be provided for kids to collect their treats.

Bel Air Senior Community Trunk or Treat

Come to the 2nd annual Trunk or Treat at Bel Air Senior Living Community in Alliance! The event will be on October 26 from 1pm - 3 pm.

Louisville Community Halloween Party

There will be a Trunk or Treat in the parking lot, with the Halloween party taking place inside with various games and activities. Come out to this family-friendly event on October 30 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm! RSVPs are appreciated but not required.

YWCA Alliance Fall Fest

The TWCA Annual Fall Fest, is a FREE community event full of family fun! It will take place on October 26 from 4pm - 6pm. In addition to a Trunk or Treat event, there will also be a balloon artist, snacks, and refreshments.

Join the residents of Brookdale Assisted Living Facility in Alliance on October 29 from 6pm to 7pm for a Halloween party! There will be candy, music, treats, and games for the whole family!

Mahoning County

Kids Costume Contest at One Hot Cookie

Kids, come out to One Hot Cookie in Boardman and show off your Halloween costumes! Prizes will be awarded to the top three contestants. The event takes place on October 27 at 1 pm, and there is no pre-registration required.

Fall Fest at Birds in Flight Sanctuary

Take the opportunity to learn about the mission of Birds in Flight Sanctuary while also enjoying music, food, and local vendors! Visitors will also get to meet some of the sanctuary’s animal residents! The event will take place on Saturday, November 2 from 10am - 4pm. 

Admission is $5 per person, and FREE for children 5 and under .

Spooktacular Halloween Drive-Thru Display at Boardman Park

Halloween creatures light up Boardman Park every night starting October 15 - October 31 from 5pm-10pm! Hop in the car and tune your radio to 88.9FM for a Halloween-themed soundtrack!

Smith Township Police Department’s 6th Annual First Responders Trunk or Treat

On Saturday, October 26 from 3pm - 5pm there will be a Trunk or Treat at beautiful Beloit Park, courtesy of the Smith Township Police Department. Don’t forget your costume!

2024 Deerfield Halloween Extravaganza

Come to the Deerfield Town Hall on Saturday, October 26 from 4pm to 6pm for a trunk or treat event! Don’t forget to dress up!

Dussel Farms Pumpkin Festival

Every day from 8 am to 7 pm through October 31, Dussel Farm will feature a 5-acre corn maze, as well as a tent maze for younger children. On the weekends, there is face painting, the craft barn and treats, including caramel apples, hot or cold apple cider, pumpkin cappuccino, nachos and cheese and bags of fresh kettle corn!

Ravenna Halloween Walk 2024

Come to downtown Ravenna for the annual Halloween Walk on Saturday, October 26 from 12pm to 3 pm! There will be a family-friendly costume contest, merchant trick-or-treat, and haunted winery for the grownups! Admission is FREE!

Family Halloween Party at Reed Memorial Library

Come to the Reed Memorial Library on October 31 dressed as your favorite literary character! There will be snacks and activities for people of all ages. There will even be a photographer ready to take some spooky family pictures! Each activity is limited to 30 participants, so come early! Goody bags will be handed out while supplies last. The event is from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.

Wingfoot Lake State Park Fall Festival 2024

Gather at Wingfoot Lake State Park’s Nature Center for the 2024 Fall Festival! This year, the Festival will include various fall themed games, refreshments, a trunk-or-treat, naturalist programs and s'mores. The event takes place on October 26 from 5pm - 7pm.

Columbiana County 

Rolling Acres Corn Maze

The corn maze at Rolling Acres is a longtime family favorite in Columbiana County! In addition to the maze, families can participate in mini-golf, a Halloween hayride, and more! Hours are Fridays from 5pm - 11pm, Saturdays from 1am - 11pm, and Sundays from 11am - 9pm.

Admission is $15, children 3 and under are FREE! Last ticket is sold 2 hours prior to closing.

Trunk-R-Treat at Trinity Friends Church

There will be a Trunk or Treat event at Trinity Friends Church on October 25 from 1 pm - 4 pm. This is a family event, with candy, popcorn, cotton candy, and games!
